Heath:
I have never been a healthy person. A standard breakfast for me even when I was swimming was Biscuits n Gravy with a Mt. Dew. When you burn 5000 calories swimming it really doesn't matter. When you sit at a computer on your ass all day, It Does. So I have started to take steps for this already. I have significantly cut back on Mt. Dew which I would have thought was impossible, but I just try not to buy it as much which has definitely helped. I do exercise some now with Daniel and Darrin moving in thanks to our 3v3 basketball league. I plan on keeping up with these and making more steps as I go forward. I am planning on eating yogurt for breakfast to stay away from pop tarts and other breakfast foods like that. I plan on continuing to play basketball as it is a workout and fun. I may also try to get some push-ups/crunches workouts at home to help with that. I want to limit my portions. I have a problem with food. I love it. I eat when I'm full or not hungry because it taste good. So recap for Health I need to:
- Cut back sweets and Mt. Dew
- Work out and Exercise
- Eat smaller portions
Personality:
I just want to continue to improve myself. I couldn't think of one word to really define it so 'personality' was as close as I got. I want to become a better person. This includes simple stuff such as saying "Thank You" more often. Admitting when I'm wrong. Learning from my mistakes and not continuing to make them.
God:
This year I also want to continue to grow spiritually. Over the last year and a half I have become a lot closer with God, my faith, and my religion. I want to continue to go to church on a regular basis n read through most of the bible.
Odds n Ends:
Random time!
Books I want to read this year: Lord of the Rings, Silmarillion, The Hobbit, St. Thomas More, The Catholic Handbook, The Bible.
Video Games this year: Mass Effect 2, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Gears of War 3, Half Life 2 Episode 3 (I got jokes).
As I get more I'll write more. Hopefully a recap of 2010 to come soon maybe this week depending how busy work becomes
